PiYO will start Tuesday June 9th @6pm Sharp. The room will be available from 5:50 to allow time to set up your mat and pay for your class (£5). There are a limited number of mats provided but please bring your own if you have one.
PiYO is a high intensity, low impact class. No jumps or weights. It will be fun, sweaty and fat burning. Please bring a towel for your hands and sweat. Please bring your own water. You may wear your trainers but barefoot is also an option and may prove more comfortable.
Prepare to sweat, stretch and smile.
