What do I need to bring?

Any and all equipment is provided.  Just bring yourself and some determination – oh, and a fiver! 🙂

What does this class involve?

Walking, jogging, squatting, lunges and Burpees!!


Functional fitness in the great outdoors, we have a selection of equipment (that you will be shown how to use, previous experience isn’t necessary).  Sometimes we use the equipment and sometimes we do a body weight only class but mostly it’s a mix of both.  It’s a great workout regardless.

Why should I exercise outdoors?

Because it’s good for you! You’ll LOVE it and its a great bunch of people with a range of fitness levels.  EVERYONE can achieve a workout in this class, promise! 🙂

Ok….i’ll try it.  When is it?

Every Tuesday @ 6:45pm & Thursday @ 6:30pm in INVERLEITH Park .  See below for map and directions.

The Meeting point is the pond entrance to the park. Go down Portgower Place when coming through Stockbridge. This road has the Raeburn Hotel and pizza hut at the top. Meet at the black gate at the Park entrance. If you are late we will generally go to the Sundial garden. (with the black gate behind you, walk into the park and up the hill, there is a set of steps on the right)
