What do I need to bring?
Any and all equipment is provided. Just bring yourself and some determination – oh, and a fiver! 🙂
What does this class involve?
Walking, jogging, squatting, lunges and Burpees!!
Functional fitness in the great outdoors, we have a selection of equipment (that you will be shown how to use, previous experience isn’t necessary). Sometimes we use the equipment and sometimes we do a body weight only class but mostly it’s a mix of both. It’s a great workout regardless.
Why should I exercise outdoors?
Because it’s good for you! You’ll LOVE it and its a great bunch of people with a range of fitness levels. EVERYONE can achieve a workout in this class, promise! 🙂
